Why Is It Hard To Get Someone On The Phone?

We know how important Customer Service is to any business, however, due to the recent economic situation, we've had to scale back hours, and change from a full fledge call center / office environment to a virtual location, where our reps can work remotely from home / road. Rather than reduce our staff, we've made changes to our business model to reduce costs in other areas that would help us and our employees survive. Thankfully, the benefits of technology have come to the rescue. We've been experimenting with various options for the past couple of months, and have finally implemented a system where we can still assist our customer's in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Effective April 1st, 2009 - We ask that each customer please utilize our online options listed below in order to communicate with us or, if you'd like to speak to a representative, please give us a call during business hours - you can also leave a message in the appropriate department's mail box after hours.
